Bodybuilder's last year in review (blog exclusive photos!)

     A new year brings big muscle goals for this teen bodybuilder: I'm going to gain solid muscle and smash through previous lifting records to reach the best shape of my life! Although I've been lifting for several years, last year was especially huge in muscle gains - I muscled up my physique, grew out my hair, and now I'm a teen powerhouse!

In honor of all I achieved last year, I felt it right to do a "little last year in review" regarding my bodybuilder gains.

This summer I hit my personal record, a 350lb squat. This was recorded around the time I began the Smokemymarc muscle blog:

Natural Smooth Pecs and Abs, Muscles - Teen Bodybuilder FAQ

     Often times you ask if I shave my chest hair, or wax my armpits - The answer to that coincides with my bodybuilding philosophy wherein I am all natural.
I used to wax my entire body a few moons ago in my earlier teens, when I was an on-stage competing bodybuilder; Nowadays I prefer my natural smoothness and if you have the pleasure of enjoying an HD camshow with me you'll spot a light treasure trail just to my groin, which is trimmed within control.

     Also, I am often asked my supplement stack:
Throughout my 7 years lifting weights the supplements I've noted worthy of use are a simple whey protein and creatine powder. My thick muscle makes me a force to be reckoned with on the wrestling mats, and I attribute some of that to the added endurance from my supplements.
As a 19 year old masculine jock, my natural testosterone levels are very high and peaking, to the point it's not worth using steroids or growth hormones.

Skype muscle posing for a bodybuilder fetish

     Seeing as I used to dominate the local competition circuit as a younger teen, I am often asked on Skype if I'd throw on a bodybuilding poser one last time and "hit the stage" by one of my loyal cam customers. The short answer is: YES! Not only do I still have the same urge to impress as I did in my competing days, truth is sometimes I have desires to enter a teen competition for one last hoorah before I turn 20.
     The scientific side of it is that despite my urges to compete on stage one last time, the rigorous demands of staying in or reaching a certain weight class in wrestling disable me from being able to effectively compete. Being that I am on a partial state scholarship for my wrestling ability & recognize wrestling as my true talent I prioritize wrestling over bodybuilding.
     There are of course some nice benefits that come with being a good wrestler: The glory, the game of it all, the group showers (I kid... but not really). The true benefit of being a bodybuilder though, surely that comes with laying your hard earned body all on the line (with only your god given muscle to cover!) and then having your months of hard work in the gym all add up to that trophy winning product called your physique.
