How to properly muscle worship

     Most people can find some appreciation for a bodybuilder's ever growing progress-in-motion - his physique. However, acknowledging as well the training regimen, balanced sleep & strict diet which built the physique will allow for better appreciation of muscle.

     Bodybuilding is the act of applying the correct disciplines to everyday life in order to reach ever-increasing goals:
     Don't just see bulging, vascular biceps flexing in front of you, see hours of hard work and admire his gains that much more. Don't just watch his bouncing barrel chest, admire how his training regimen works every angle of the pecs for a fuller appearance. And from a bodybuilder, please don't look at our visible abs and veins as just another accomplishment; that is thousands of hours cardio & many donuts refrained from!

     Do come away from this applying these muscle worshiping tips:

- Admire the full package - Think of his training, cardio & all

- Mention a pleasing characteristic of his physique - It is likely he manipulated the effect through his training.

- Use your admiration of bodybuilders for good - Take something you admire about them and apply it to your own life.

- Pay respects to a bodybuilders' discipline dietary & otherwise- There's a good reason many of us aren't bodybuilders!
